Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-tailored or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchange
We offer free size exchanges on all eligible products. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

To start a return or exchange, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and reason for return.
