We ship across all states and union territories of India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at hello@youwecolors.in before placing your order.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Standard delivery typically takes 15–20 working days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require additional time. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier partner's website to check the live status of your shipment.
We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. COD availability is confirmed at checkout. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for your account.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching such orders.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@youwecolors.in or +91 98765 43210. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund where applicable.
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. YouWe Colors is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
